Canadian model Winnie Harlow and NBA star Kyle Kuzma are officially engaged, the couple announced on Instagram.

“To eternity,” Harlow captioned her post on Tuesday, adding the hashtag #shesaidyes alongside a series of photos capturing the romantic moment. The images show the couple celebrating on a picturesque beach, while a video features Harlow holding up her engagement ring as fireworks light up the night sky.
Harlow, one of the fashion industry’s most recognizable faces and the founder of Cay Skin, also received a congratulatory message from her skincare brand. “Are you kidding me?! Congratulations to our queen and king @winnieharlow @kuz on the most beautiful engagement. We love you two,” the brand wrote on Instagram.
Kuzma, a forward for the Milwaukee Bucks, shared Harlow’s post on his own social media, giving fans a glimpse into their special moment.
In an exclusive interview with Vogue, the couple revealed that Kuzma had been planning the proposal for six months. The big moment took place in Turks and Caicos, where they had first vacationed together in 2022.
For the occasion, Kuzma went all out—chartering a private jet adorned with roses, balloons, chocolates, and champagne. Harlow initially thought the setup was a sweet Valentine’s Day surprise, she told Vogue.
Then, Kuzma read her a heartfelt poem.
“For a split second, I thought, This would be so cute if this was an engagement,” Harlow recalled. “But I’m not the type of person who wants to guess or spoil a surprise, so it was just a fleeting thought.”
But the final line of the poem made everything clear:
“Will you be my wife?”
At that moment, Kuzma presented an 8.5-carat oval-cut diamond ring—and Harlow said yes.
The celebration continued with an intimate beachside dinner and fireworks, with both of their families present.
Harlow, born Chantelle Brown-Young, has been a trailblazer in the fashion industry. Diagnosed with vitiligo—a skin pigmentation condition—at age four, she overcame childhood bullying and went on to redefine beauty standards.
After rising to fame as a contestant on America’s Next Top Model in 2014, Harlow made history as the first model with vitiligo to walk the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. She has since built an influential career, using her platform to champion diversity and inclusivity in fashion.
With over 10 million Instagram followers and a successful skincare brand, Harlow continues to inspire millions. And now, she’s preparing for her next big role—as Kyle Kuzma’s fiancée.
